These terms apply when you use this website, book a service, purchase a program, order a lab testing package, download a resource or otherwise engage with Integrative Ali. By using this website or purchasing from Integrative Ali you agree to the terms outlined below.

About Integrative Ali

Integrative Ali provides health coaching, lifestyle education and wellbeing support. The purpose of my services is to support clients with education, practical tools and guidance around areas such as nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, routines, mindset, behaviour change and general wellbeing. Health coaching is supportive and educational in nature. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Health Disclaimer

The information provided through this website, consultations, programs, emails, resources, social media content or other materials is general in nature and is provided for educational purposes only. I do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. I do not prescribe medication, change medication, provide emergency support or replace the care of your GP, dietitian, psychologist, naturopath or other healthcare provider. You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice for any symptoms, medical conditions, diagnoses, medications, treatment decisions or changes to your health care plan. Please speak with your GP or relevant healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, supplements, lifestyle, medications or treatment approach, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a diagnosed health condition.

Scope of Health Coaching

Health coaching may include general education, goal setting, lifestyle support, accountability, habit change strategies and discussion around your health and wellbeing goals. Health coaching does not include medical diagnosis, personalised medical treatment, prescribing, pathology interpretation for diagnostic purposes, mental health crisis support or medical nutrition therapy. Where something falls outside my scope, I may recommend that you seek support from a GP or other suitably qualified healthcare professional.

Lab Testing Packages

Some services may include access to lab testing packages through external laboratory providers platforms. Where a lab testing package is purchased, the order may be submitted to the relevant laboratory or third-party provider after payment has been received. The laboratory or provider is then responsible for preparing and shipping the testing kit to the address you provide. Lab testing kits are supplied by external providers. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the laboratory, supplier, courier and location. Any discussion of lab results is provided for educational and health coaching purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. You are encouraged to discuss all test results, symptoms and medical concerns with your GP or relevant healthcare provider.

Shipping

Shipping is only relevant where your order includes a physical item, such as a lab testing kit. Lab testing kits are shipped by external laboratory providers or third-party suppliers, not directly by Integrative Ali. Once payment has been received, your order will be submitted to the relevant provider. Processing and delivery commonly takes approximately 2–3 weeks, although this may vary depending on the laboratory, courier, location and any delays outside my control. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Integrative Ali is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information being provided.

International Shipping

At this stage, services and lab testing packages are generally available within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia, please contact me before purchasing. In some cases, I may be able to offer an alternative option; however, availability, pricing, shipping and third-party provider requirements may vary.

Returns and Refunds for Lab Testing Kits

Due to the nature of lab testing kits and the involvement of external laboratory providers, lab testing kit orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the order has been processed or submitted to the laboratory. This is because the kit may be prepared, allocated, shipped or linked to your personal details shortly after ordering. However, this policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with a product or service, or where consumer guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order so I can assist you in liaising with the relevant provider where appropriate.

Coaching Packages and Cancellations

For 1:1 coaching packages, you may cancel before services have commenced and receive a refund of the coaching portion of your purchase, excluding any lab testing kits, third-party costs, payment processing fees or other non-refundable external costs that have already been incurred. Once coaching services have commenced, coaching packages are generally non-refundable. This is because your package includes reserved appointment times, preparation, administration, resources and ongoing support. However, I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule an appointment within your package, please contact me as soon as possible.

Appointment Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee being charged. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion in cases of illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances. If I need to reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change from time to time. Sale prices, promotional offers or discounts are only available during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively. Payments may be processed through third-party payment platforms. These platforms may collect payment and billing information required to process your purchase.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Integrative Ali, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information where requested

  • seek medical advice where required

  • let me know about relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other important health factors

  • take responsibility for your own health choices and actions

  • attend appointments on time

  • communicate respectfully

  • complete any intake forms or pre-session information requested

Results Disclaimer

Every person is different and results will vary. I do not guarantee any particular outcome, including weight loss, symptom improvement, changes to lab results, increased energy, improved digestion, hormonal changes or any other specific result. Your results may depend on many factors, including your health history, consistency, lifestyle, environment, medical conditions, support network and advice from your treating healthcare providers.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Personal information may be collected when you enquire, book, purchase, complete forms, attend sessions or communicate with Integrative Ali. This may include your name, contact details, health and lifestyle information, payment information and other details relevant to providing services. Your information will be handled with care and used for purposes such as providing services, responding to enquiries, processing payments, maintaining records and communicating with you. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. There may be circumstances where information is required to be disclosed by law, or where there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of another person.

Code of Conduct

Integrative Ali operates in South Australia. As a non-registered health service provider, Integrative Ali is required to comply with the South Australian Code of Conduct for Certain Health Care Workers. I am committed to providing services in a safe, ethical, respectful and professional manner. This includes working within my scope of practice, providing clear information about my services, respecting privacy and confidentiality, maintaining appropriate records, and referring clients to appropriate healthcare providers where needed. The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner assesses and resolves complaints about health and community services in South Australia. Clients have the right to make a complaint if they are not satisfied with a service they have received. A copy of the Code of Conduct and complaints information can be provided upon request and/or accessed through the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner website.

Behaviour and Communication

Respectful communication is expected at all times. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to end or refuse services where behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate or disrespectful. In these circumstances, fees may still apply.
